TOUR CONDITIONS
Tours:
Depart as shown or as arranged. Pick up and drop off from the city, hotel or hostel or another location as arranged and agreed.
Charters:
for small and large group numbers can be organised for any occasion. Contact us for details and to discuss your requirements
What you will need:
Suitable clothing for a variety of weather conditions, suitable footwear, swimming bathers and costumes, water bottle, hat, camera, personal medications.
We recommend
that all passengers have suitable personal and/or travel insurance.
Meals:
Provided as shown in the tour description. There will be opportunities to purchase food and drinks on each tour. Reasonable special dietary requirements can be catered for if notified at the time of booking
Accommodation:
Provided as shown in the tour description. BLUE Z OO Tours & Charters endeavours to provide minimum 3 star group style accommodation. A private room cannot be guaranteed. Contact us to discuss any special accommodation requirements. A surcharge may apply.
Booking:
Tours must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Payment
can be received by cash or credit card only. We accept VISA and Mastercard.
Credit card purchases
may attract a surcharge.
Prices
are subject to change.
Cancellation:
prior to 72 hours before departure is subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation within 72 hours of departure attracts a 100% cancellation fee.
NOTE: a minimum number
of 4 passengers
OR
a minimum charge for 4 (four) passengers is required for a tour to run.
